Schleyer to lead biomedical informatics at Regenstrief Institute


Dr. Titus Schleyer, who is collaborating with the National Dental PBRN for the proposed network study "Development of a quality improvement (QI) report for record-keeping in two electronic dental records systems" and pioneer in the field of health care informatics, has been named to lead the Center for Biomedical Informatics at the Regenstrief Institute. Dr. Schleyer comes to the Regenstrief Institute and Indiana University from the University of Pittsburgh, where he is associate professor of dental public health and founding director of the Center for Dental Informatics in the School of Dental Medicine, as well as the co-director of the Biomedical Informatics Training Program in the School of Medicine.
