National Dental PBRN at 2025 AADOCR Annual Meeting

We are pleased to announce that we will have a significant presence at the upcoming American Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (AADOCR) annual meeting in New York City from March 12-15, 2025. Our team will be showcasing the latest findings from our research.

One of the highlights will be the symposium titled “Evidence of Oral-Systemic Connections from the National Dental PBRN Studies“. This session will feature presentations by Drs. Japuntich, Elad, Culmer, and Tungare. They will present important results from the FreSH, TOP-AC, MSDP, and POPS studies at the national forum. Drs. Kopycka-Kedzierawski, Director of the Northeast Region of the National Dental PBRN, and Meyerowitz, Assistant Director of the Northeast Region, will moderate the session. This symposium is scheduled for Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 8:00–9:30 AM at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, NY City, located in Manhattan.

Another symposium presentation will be at the National Student Research Group Symposium titled “Advancing Dental Care: Bridging Research and Practice Through PBRNs and EBD“. Dr. Gregg Gilbert, the Network’s National Director, and Dr. Joana Cunha-Cruz, the National Director of Communication and Dissemination, will jointly present an overview of dental practice-based research and the National Dental PBRN, as well as evidence-based dentistry in action, highlighting studies from the Network. Their presentation will take place on Friday, March 14, 2025, from 1:30–3:00 PM.

Additionally, Dr. Brad Rindal will participate in the symposium “NIDCR DDS Hub – Leverage Data Science for Oral Health Research“. This session will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 8:00–9:30 AM. For more details, visit the DDS Hub Symposium page.
